Throughout this program I have been consistent in eating healthier, foods that in the past I've not liked I truly enjoy. It is easy to eat better.
I am going to the gym, without a trainer, which is huge for me, and really doing an amazing workout. 4-5 days per week.
I truly love my body and I am living in my Feminine energy almost constantly.
Having the structure within the group has helped me to really stay motivated to keep doing the things that are making a difference.
