We want your experience to be interactive and personal, so we limit each group to 15-20 women. This gives you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact with your coach and create strong friendships.

You may schedule your flash coaching calls anytime you desire by using the calendar links provided within the lesson modules provided by your coach.
